At Embrach Cricket Academy, we believe that strong youth development is the foundation for the long‑term growth of cricket in our region. Our U19 team has shown exceptional commitment and talent, competing at the highest national level and proudly finishing as runners‑up in the 2025 Swiss U19 Championship. This achievement reflects not only the skill of our young players but also the dedication of our coaches, volunteers, and supportive families.

Our approach to youth development goes beyond match performance. We focus on building well‑rounded cricketers through structured training programs, personalised mentoring, and exposure to competitive matches throughout the season. By offering high-quality coaching, fitness development, and opportunities for leadership on and off the field, we help young athletes grow with confidence and discipline.

Looking ahead, we aim to further promote and nurture youth talent by expanding our training pathways, strengthening our junior league participation, and creating more opportunities for players to progress into senior cricket. Partnerships with schools, community programs, and local clubs will help us introduce cricket to new audiences and support every child who wishes to learn and succeed in the sport.

Women’s Cricket
